Well done to the AJE Site Team at Bow Common (St William, Berkeley Homes) on recently completing the Metsec element of work for this project. The next phase, window installation and cladding install, has commenced. Our clients have recognised the dedicated work of Paulius and his team; the St. William team have said “The team are doing an excellent job, and it is a pleasure to work alongside such a proud team”.
Eden Grove – H&S Achievement, July 24
Well done to the AJE site team at Eden Grove, Berkeley Homes, who were ranked as the best performing subcontractor for all items relating to Health and Safety for July 2024. A few key items which have led to this decision were; High standard of supervision from the team. Good work and good order on site. General collaboration with site team.
City Island
Well done to the AJE Team on the successful completion of Ballymore’s London City Island Car Park; the first UK project to use the Flexbrick Cladding system. The final element of the project, the bespoke illuminated signage, completes this unique facade system.

Health & Safety Contractor of the Month, Eden Grove – Apr & Jun 23
Congratulations to the AJE Team at Eden Grove (Berkeley, St Edwards) for being top of their Contractor’s Health & Safety League Table in both April and June ‘23. Our Client observed AJE’s “particular excellent practices noted around material storage, housekeeping and working at height access equipment with Block E handover, whilst maintaining high levels of H&S performance” Well done Romualdas and Team.

London City Island – Flexbrick Install
AJE Facades once again leading the way: the first UK Facades Contractor to install the Flexbrick Cladding system. This system originally developed in Spain, its design has been modified and UKAS tested in collaboration with AJE to comply with the latest UK Building regulations. Client: Ballymore Group
Brentford Waterside
Congratulations to our Estimating Team in securing the Façade works on Ballymore Groups latest high rise residential scheme at Brentford Waterside. Our works will include SFS, Rainscreen Cladding and Aluminium Curtain Walling & Glazing.
