Congratulations to Ciprian Alungulesei who celebrated his 12th Year with the business on 4th October. Ciprian was one of the first to join the Team when AJE Facades began its journey, and has been at the forefront of delivering many of our Flagship projects, most recent B6 & B11 at White City for St. James West London, and currently delivering the new Guiness Open Gate Brewery Covent Garden. Thank you Ciprian for your leadership and dedication, and we look forward to many more exciting time ahead
BBC Studio Works
Back working at the BBC. Upon completion our Client had the following to say about the AJE Team led be Jean Higiu; “I would just like to say thank you so much to you and your team on site – you were a joy to work with. Your professionalism, flexibility and willingness to work alongside everything else happening on site meant that I could not have asked for this element of the build to have gone any better. It was a great job, done well, and with a smile – thank you! ”
Project Reality
We are proud to announce that Bennett Construction Ltd have awarded AJE the design and delivery contract for the Curtain Walling and Cladding works at Diageo’s new and exciting development in London’s West End, Covent Garden. We are delighted to be working alongside the Bennett Construction team once again and look forward to being part of their successful delivery of this iconic project.
White City, Phase 3
Congratulations to our Project Team who have successfully completed the facade works at Phase 3 White City. Our talented Team led by Cip Alungulesei, delivered a high-quality stunning façade across the two buildings. This was a highly complicated facade, with unique interfaces and finishes. We extend our congratulations to the St James and St Williams West London Team on being awarded the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Supreme Award Winner, 2024. We are proud to have played our part in this achievement.
Bow Common
Well done to the AJE Site Team at Bow Common (St William, Berkeley Homes) on recently completing the Metsec element of work for this project. The next phase, window installation and cladding install, has commenced. Our clients have recognised the dedicated work of Paulius and his team; the St. William team have said “The team are doing an excellent job, and it is a pleasure to work alongside such a proud team”.
Eden Grove – H&S Achievement, July 24
Well done to the AJE site team at Eden Grove, Berkeley Homes, who were ranked as the best performing subcontractor for all items relating to Health and Safety for July 2024. A few key items which have led to this decision were; High standard of supervision from the team. Good work and good order on site. General collaboration with site team.
City Island
Well done to the AJE Team on the successful completion of Ballymore’s London City Island Car Park; the first UK project to use the Flexbrick Cladding system. The final element of the project, the bespoke illuminated signage, completes this unique facade system.

Trade Contractor of the Month, Eden Grove – Sept 23
Congratulations to the AJE Site Team at Berkeley’s Eden Grove who once again have achieved best performing Trade Contractor on site (Sept 23). Special recognition to our Project Manager, Romualdas, for instilling a culture within the team where Health & Safety is foremost.
First of Six Blocks completed for Berkeley Homes, St Edwards
AJE completed the first of six blocks for Berkeley Homes, St Edwards at Eden Grove, Staines. Well done to Romualdas, Paulius, Yordan, Marius and all the AJE Team.
