Health & Safety

AJE has Health, Safety & Environment as a core principle, at the forefront design and operational activities.

Our management teams develop an accident free culture within our work force, through regular training and mentoring, using behavioral training techniques and management tools such as “Near Miss” reporting and “Start of Shift” briefing as a norm.

Reinforcing and encouraging this philosophy daily, ensures that at every project HSE Induction, these AJE principles become a minimum standard, from which each site specific Induction is then developed from.

AJE managers avail of a regular training schedule. Whether that consists of updating existing accreditation’s or learning new skills i.e “Temporary Works Inspector” or “1st Aid Training” . AJE recognise that our staff’s continual development is essential in creating a successful future for both our staff and clients alike.”
