Based in North West London, AJE Facades are ideally located to manage projects across London and within the wider M25 area.

Our Management teams are predominately site based. This creates a strong relationship with the Project Teams on site, and enables us to react quickly to site specific needs

AJE has Health, Safety & Environment as a core principle, at the forefront design and operational activities.

Our management teams develop an accident free culture within our work force, through regular training and mentoring, using behavioral training techniques and management tools such as “Near Miss” reporting and “Start of Shift” briefing as a norm.

Reinforcing and encouraging this philosophy daily, ensures that at every project HSE Induction, these principles become a minimum standard, from which each site specific Induction is then developed from.

We believe that successful facade solutions are achieved through early design involvement with the project team, preferably at a tender stage. Providing practical and sound advise to design challenges mitigates potential future risks associated with these issues once on site.

We pride ourselves on having an open and proactive approach. Which promotes and eases the interface management process, both at design and implementation.
